This allows us to offer more products and services at lower costs to our existing and potential customers.
PEOs (Professional Employer Organizations) are essentially buyer groups and/or aggregators of services that are formed by hundreds to thousands of small to medium size businesses ranging from 5-200 employees.
The only PEOs that we prefer to place business through must have the designation of either CPEO (Certified ProfessionalEmployer Organization from the IRS), or the ESAC accreditation is the Gold Standard for PEO best practices and financial reliability.
By creating an economy of scale, small companies save thousands of dollars a year and can offer large company benefits and services, a small company may never have even considered.
